Lake Martin
Boat co-ownership on Lake Martin. Share a boat, and the cost of keeping it.
On the water
A reservoir on the Tallapoosa River in east-central Alabama, formed by Martin Dam. Clear water, coves and a strong lake-house culture.
Co-owning here works like anywhere: each partner is on the title, you split slip, insurance and upkeep, and agree on a schedule. Check your marina's rules first. Our marina-ready checklist covers it.
